We are not obligated to provide a return policy, as our products are costume made and individually produced for each customer. However, ZOLES® has chosen to offer a return policy within 30 days after receiving the item with a refund of the purchase price minus a 20 EUR environmental fee. You are responsible for the costs associated with returning the item. In case of a full return, only the standard shipping fee will be refunded. For partial order returns, the shipping fee refund is void.
Step 1
Please send an email to shop@zoles.com.au indicating the reason for your return. This must be within 30 days of receiving your order. We will reply with a Return Authorisation # and Return Address. Please include the RA# you are given in a note with your returned goods.
Step 2
Please place the ZOLES product(s) you wish to return in a sturdy package suitable for shipping. Send your package til ZOLES Australia, 3 Renway Avenue, Lugarno NSW 2210
Step 3
Once we receive the product(s), our Returns Team will then inspect all returns within 3-5 business days to ensure they are in undamaged conditions.
Step 4
Our Returns Team will then pass on the details for all customer refunds to be processed as soon as possible, however, please allow an extra 2-10 days for the refund to appear on your Credit Card or PayPal Account to allow for bank processing.

Should you wish to return your order for an exchange or refund, you will need to pay the return shipping costs to us. We in turn will cover the shipping costs of any replacement products to you.
Please ensure you contact our customer service team prior to returning, so they can provide you with the correct returns address/details. Any returns not sent to the correct returns address provided may not be received and/or processed.
On rare occasions, we may decline to offer a refund or process an exchange for a replacement item, even if it’s within the returns window.
If the purchase of ZOLES® insoles is made through a third party, all returns must be made through the third party.
